Tom has been helping families, corporate executives, and business owners with their retirement and financial planning needs since 1989. He specializes in offering independent, focused advice on financial matters relevant to the individual lives of his clients. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses in addition to insurance licenses.
Tom is active in his community and is past president of McFarland Community Food Pantry Board and a member of the McFarland Optimists Club.
Tom is married with four children. He loves to spend time with his family. Tom spends his free time growing apple and pear trees along with river kayaking and playing soccer.

Zach Dahl, AIF®
Zach Dahl joined Dahl Financial Group after holding other positions in the financial services industry. He specializes in helping business owners and individuals with their retirement planning, life insurance, tax management, and wealth management needs.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communication and economics from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He has supplemented his formal education by serving six years in the United States Coast Guard Reserve, where he was on active duty to assist with the BP oil spill in 2010.
Zach is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Zach enjoys many outdoor activities including pheasant hunting with his yellow lab, Colt, traveling throughout Wisconsin to visit small towns, and spending time at local farms in the Sauk City area.

As the Client Services Manager, Terri handles the day-to-day operations, facilitates business processes, and works with servicing client requests. Terri has a passion for helping people and enjoys applying the skills she learned in over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, joining Dahl Financial in 2016.
Terri loves to learn and currently holds Wisconsin Life and Health licenses. She volunteers her time with Make a Difference Wisconsin and Hope and a Future, a local, inter-generational community.
In her spare time, Terri teaches yoga. She loves boating, reading and travel. She especially enjoys spending time with her kids and two grandchildren, who live in the Madison area.
